Transformational Leadership and Organizational Survival in Deposit Money Banks in Port Harcourt

This research examined transformational leadership and organizational survival in deposit money banks Port Harcourt, Nigeria. A review of literature was undertaken with particular reference to being characterized specific variables like idealized influence inspirational motivation, while viewed from adaptability flexibility. The reviews show that much the works done this area study connoted a positive significant influence. adopted correlational cross-sectional design. Random sampling technique total 200 workers were sampled. 20 banks’ branches Harcourt studied. instrument for structured questionnaire. collected responses questionnaire used testing formulated hypotheses through Spearman Rank Correlation statistics. revealed motivation all positively significantly influences flexibility respectively. Following findings, concluded impacts on survival. These findings gave following recommendations, that; organizations should use every means inspire each employee so as keep them readily adaptable flexible needs, goals objectives.
